Senior Commercial Underwriter Mark Talbot is a highly regarded expert of commercial real estate, holding over 34 years of experience in the industry. His clients and colleagues can attest to his extraodinary contributions and work ethic. While he is well versed in most aspects of the industry, his focus is on underwriting commercial transactions, multi-site and multi-state transactions, and renewable energy transactions.

Mitch La Riva

Mitch La Riva joined Fidelity in August 2011 and brings over 20 years of title experience to the fold. His experience and expertise include the closing of various types of renewable energy projects such as solar, wind, geothermal and biomass. He specializes in assisting customers in determining solutions to their title challenges for both energy projects and other commercial transactions throughout the country. His background also includes title closings on gas-fired power plants as well as hydro and ocean energy undertakings including desalination plants.

Allan Wasserman has earned a reputation as a reliable, knowledgeable professional, offering comprehensive understandings of elements involved in commercial real estate transactions, particularly in the area of renewable and gas-fired energy projects. He has held several management roles in his 35 years of title experience as an attorney, underwriter, and State President of a national title company. Allan received his law degree from Western State University College of Law.
